Job Description:

- We're hiring a Store Manager (Pharmacist) to manage end-to-end operations of a pharma dark store, combining pharmacy compliance with quick commerce operations.
- This is a hands-on role covering inventory, fulfilment, manpower, SLAs, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day dark store operations including inbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.




- Ensure compliant storage, handling and dispensing of medicines, including prescription validation.
- Maintain pharmacy records, licences, registers, batch/expiry data and required documentation.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock audits, near-expiry/expired medicines and reconciliation.
- Manage store manpower, rostering, productivity and operational discipline.
- Drive order fulfilment, SLA adherence and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable drug regulations and support audits/inspections.

Qualifications:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm with applicable pharmacist registration.
- 1-6 years of pharmacy, retail pharmacy, warehouse or dark store experience.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory and compliance.
- Comfortable managing teams and rapid-paced store operations.
- Must have your own laptop.
