CNS - BC - Marketing Sales & Service
Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.
Your key responsibilities
- Job Description Core Consulting Experience
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or energy-focused advisory roles.
- Proven experience delivering engagements across Business planning, Business transformation, Go to market strategy, Operating model, Market Research, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), and Growth Strategy.
- Strong problem-solving, business modelling,
and client management capabilities, with experience working on multi-stakeholder, high-impact strategic projects. Sector Expertise
- Demonstrated exposure to the Energy sector, including Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, downstream) and Energy & Infrastructure (utilities, power, large-scale infrastructure) Engagement Exposure
- Conducted strategic assessments and market analyses for energy majors across conventional Oil & Gas.
- Expertise in industry scans, competitive benchmarking, and business plan creation & validation.
- Design and implement GTM strategies for new products, services, or market entry; Operating models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks
- Designed growth strategies, portfolio diversification plans, and entry strategies for new markets or emerging energy technologies.
- Experience working with global or Indian energy clients, investment funds, or large infrastructure players are preferred.
