Role Summary:

We are seeking a technically sound and commercially aware qualified to support sales, operations, and client coordination functions in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales and operations teams.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and cost estimates.
- Review customer drawings and specifications using design tools like AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and clients for order execution.
- Assist in tender documentation, proposals, and project documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation and written communication with clients.
- Should be well versed with using ERP for creating quotations and maintaining MIS reports for management




- Should be a go getter to have active involvement from receiving enquiry till submitting the quotation to customer/sales team and arranging all the needful data

by co-ordinating with various departments for availing needful documents/certifications/ drawings etc and close looping

Key Requirements:

- Strong 2 Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and interpretation of technical drawings.
- Good commercial knowledge including costing and quotations.
- Decent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage timelines.
- Ability to single handedly manage RFQ to sunmitting the quote/offer/tenders and also maintaining MIS
