Land Acquisition & Liaisoning Officer (Multiple Openings)

Position Overview

With a large pipeline of projects PAN-India, we are seeking multiple dynamic, result-oriented Land Acquisition & Liaisoning Professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring for openings at our Delhi Corporate HQ, as well as regional positions catering to the East, West, and South India corridors. In this role, you will lead land procurement efforts and securing critical statutory clearances to convert raw land into ready-to-build logistics parks and warehousing hubs.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify, survey, and shortlist private and government land parcels across targeted Indian states based on strategic logistics criteria.
- Government Allotments: Prepare applications, Detail Project Reports (DPRs), and present proposals to State Industrial Development Corporations to secure land allocations for logistics parks.
- Liaison & Approvals: Secure critical statutory clearances including Land Use Conversions (CLU), Building Plan Approvals, Fire NOCs, NHAI permissions, and Environmental Clearances (PCB/EC).
- Legal & Documentation: Manage the full documentation lifecycle, including title verifications, due diligence, sale deeds, agreements, and land mutations.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate high-value networks with regional institutional brokers, private landowners, consultants, and senior government authorities.
- Site Execution: Oversee boundary wall demarcations, physical possession and resolve local land disputes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:



5 to 15 years of proven success in large-scale commercial land acquisition, ideally for warehousing, logistics parks, or large infrastructure setups.
- Core Values: Highest standards of professional ethics, financial transparency, and personal integrity are non-negotiable for handling sensitive high-value land transactions.
- Deal Size & Track Record: Hands-on experience executing large-scale, continuous land procurement in the 10-acre to 50-acre range.
- Sector Relevance: This role focuses entirely on land aggregation for logistics parks and warehousing hubs. Candidates with backgrounds exclusively in residential plot sales, housing brokerages, or apartment retail will not be considered.
- Technical Knowledge: understanding of regional land revenue records, zoning laws, and local development regulations.
- Competencies: Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; highly analytical with sharp attention to legal detail.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
