Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging eLearning solutions. The role involves working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), analyzing requirements, and creating effective instructional content using modern learning tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze training requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning objectives.
2. Design instructional strategies and develop high-quality storyboards and course materials.
3. Work closely with SMEs to gather and validate content for eLearning development.
4. Develop engaging eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Whatfix, SAP EnableNow, or WalkMe.
5. Create simulations, work instructions, quick reference guides, and other learning deliverables.
6. Manage project timelines, quality, and deliverables effectively.
7. Interact with clients for requirement gathering, status updates, and feedback incorporation.

Required Technical Skill Set





- Understanding of instructional design concepts, theories, and models
- Ability to gather requirements and perform detailed analysis
- Experience in creating instructional strategy documents and storyboards
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools:
- Articulate Storyline
- Adobe Captivate
- Whatfix
- SAP EnableNow
- WalkMe

- Experience working with application-based training content

Desired Competencies

Must-Have Skills

- Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, ARCS, Blooms Taxonomy)
- Experience in eLearning authoring tools and simulation creation
- Ability to develop storyboards, course design documents, and learning materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with SMEs and stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects independently

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in creating ISD, FSD, and Detailed Design Documents (DDD)
- Awareness of latest learning trends and technologies
- Exposure to AR/VR-based learning solutions
- Enthusiasm for learning current tools and adapting to evolving environments
