Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs.
Work on production testing, characterization, and validation of semiconductor devices.
Analyze test failures and perform root cause analysis.
Improve test coverage, test time, and manufacturing yield.
Required Candidate profile
Hands-on experience with Teradyne or Advantest ATE platforms.
Experience with one or more of the following:
