Description: PMO - Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) | Banking & Cloud Data Migration

1. Program Governance & Execution: Support end-to-end program management, including planning, tracking, and delivery of projects within defined timelines, outcomes and budgets
2. Banking Domain Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Banking/BFSI domain (core banking, regulatory requirements, digital banking ecosystems, customer journeys, etc.) to drive program effectiveness.
3. Project Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status reports to ensure visibility for senior stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business, functions, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on program objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
5. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
6. Data Migration Oversight: Support planning and execution of data migration initiatives to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
7. Process Governance & Documentation: Establish and maintain PMO processes, governance frameworks, and documentation standards
8. Vendor & SI Coordination:



Work closely with system integrators and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet program objectives and SLAs.
9. Performance Tracking & KPIs: Define and monitor program KPIs, milestones, and success metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.
10. Support Adoption: secure stakeholder buy-in and sign-offs and assist in the adoption of deliverables

Must Have’s:

1. Experience managing sub workstreams within at least one large-scale transformation program for a BFSI client.
2. Solid understanding of Data Lakehouse, Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), data modeling, and reporting/analytics in the BFSI domain. Experience with EDW and reporting implementations for Indian banks is preferred.
3. Hands-on experience delivering projects in Agile environments using tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with and presenting to senior leadership
5. Proficiency in preparing project documentation, executive status reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
6. Experience in data migration programs and delivery of AI-driven use cases is an added advantage.
7. Prior experience in a Central PMO role will be a plus.
