Workday / ServiceNow Integration Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday / ServiceNow Integration Developer with 510 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations across Workday and ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP, Glide APIs, JavaScript, RaaS, WQL, and Workday Studio, along with a good understanding of integration security and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday and ServiceNow integrations between internal and external systems.
- Develop and manage Flow Designer flows, subflows, and custom actions within ServiceNow.
- Build and support RaaS, WQL, and Workday Studio-based integrations.
- Develop integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Glide APIs, and JavaScript.
- Analyze end-to-end data flows between systems, including data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading.
- Define and maintain appropriate data mapping and transformation logic within ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, performance concerns, and production incidents.
- Implement secure integration solutions while adhering to system security, authentication, authorization, and data protection standards.
- Work with ServiceNow HRSD and understand its integration requirements and platform security.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technology teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.




- Perform integration testing, debugging, monitoring, and documentation.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in Workday / ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Subflows, and Actions.
- Experience developing Workday RaaS, WQL, and Studio integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Glide APIs.
- Robust JavaScript development skills within the ServiceNow platform.
- Good understanding of data flow, data mapping, transformation, and integration architecture.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow system security and integration security.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and overall platform security.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Employee Center / Employee Center Portal.
- Knowledge of COEs (Centers of Excellence).
- Experience with Record Producers and HR Services.
- Knowledge of HR Templates and HRSD configurations.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple upstream and downstream systems.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Workday and/or ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage.
