About the Role

We are looking for an Autonomous Defence Lead to drive the design, integration, testing and deployment of autonomous unmanned systems for defence and strategic applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead development of UAV/UUV/ROV/UGV and autonomous robotic systems.
Own system architecture, integration, validation and field trials.
Drive product development from concept to deployment.
Lead cross-functional engineering teams across mechanical, electronics, embedded and autonomy systems.
Work on navigation, sensing, control, mission planning and autonomous operations.
Coordinate with customers, defence stakeholders, vendors and internal teams.




Drive technical reviews, troubleshooting, risk management and product improvements.
