Lead and mentor a team of developers ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and QA teams for solution delivery. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues using tools like Splunk. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.



Ensure code quality through reviews testing and adherence to SDLC processes. Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability. Prepare technical documentation design artifacts and presentations. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience Minimum 10+ years of IT experience. Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Xstore (V23 or newer). Proven experience in team leadership and end-to-end delivery. Technical Skills Strong expertise in Xstore POS development and customization. Hands-on experience with payment integration using EFT Link. Positive understanding of payment processing workflows and POS integrations. Experience with Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies. Strong understanding of Xstore architecture and integrations. Knowledge of retail domain processes (POS payments transactions). Analytical Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Ability to perform deep-dive analysis and resolve complex issues. 9.
