Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor patient care services to ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience.
- Assist patients and attendants with admission, discharge, room allocation, appointments, investigations, and other hospital services.
- Act as a point of contact between patients, doctors, nurses, billing, insurance, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments.
- Address and resolve patient queries, concerns, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional manner.
- Regularly follow up with patients to understand their requirements and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure timely delivery of patient services.
- Monitor patient waiting time, service delays, and patient movement and escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Assist patients in understanding hospital processes, facilities, services, and departmental procedures.
- Collect patient feedback and coordinate with the concerned teams for necessary corrective action.
- Maintain proper records of patient complaints,



feedback, service requests, and resolutions.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall patient experience.
- Support the implementation of patient care and service excellence initiatives across the hospital.
- Ensure that patient care activities are carried out in accordance with hospital policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports related to patient services, complaints, feedback, and service performance.
- Assist in maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Coordinate with the Patient Care Services Manager for escalated patient concerns and service improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification - Any Degree

Experience - 2 to 5 years in patient service excellence
