- Monitor and troubleshoot issues with Datadog, Grafana, Recent Relic tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to tooling.
- Develop dashboards and alerts using Datadog's platform for real-time monitoring of IT systems.
- Provide expert-level support for all three tools, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field (IT Services & Consulting).
- Strong understanding of Datadog, Grafana, New Relic tools and their applications.
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.
