nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager experienced in managing Government projects and working directly with Government Departments. The candidate will be responsible for regular stakeholder meetings, project tracking, status updates, and coordinating internal technical teams for timely delivery.
nKey Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for Government Department stakeholders.n
- Conduct regular meetings with Government officials and provide project status updates.n
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.n
- Understand Government requirements and coordinate with BA, Development, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.n
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.n
- Follow up with internal teams and ensure timely completion of committed activities.n
- Maintain MOMs, action items,



and follow-ups from Government meetings.n
- Coordinate UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live activities with the department.n
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of project issues.n
- Coordinate with external vendors/partners and Government stakeholders when required.n
- Travel to Government offices and attend meetings as required.n

nRequired Skills
n
- n
- 7+ years of IT experience with relevant Project Management experience.n
- Mandatory experience in Government/PSU/e-Governance projects.n
- Experience working directly with Government Departments and officials.n
- Robust communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Good understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, and SDLC.n
- Strong skills in project tracking, reporting, and coordination.n
- Experience with Jira, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools is preferred.n
