nSalary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and role fit
nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a Team Leader – Pre-Sales / Outbound Sales to manage a high-performance calling team and drive measurable sales outcomes.
nThis is a numbers-driven role. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing outbound sales teams, managing sales funnels and consistently delivering against conversion and revenue targets.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Own team-level sales targets, conversion metrics and overall performance.n
- Monitor the complete sales funnel — calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions and closures.n
- Track daily and weekly KPIs and take corrective action to improve performance.n
- Coach team members on sales conversations, objection handling, follow-ups and closing.n
- Ensure speed, discipline and consistency in execution.n
- Work closely with management to deliver agreed business outcomes.n

nWhat We're Looking For:

- n




- 2+ years of experience managing outbound sales/calling teams, preferably in a call-centre, BPO or telesales environment.n
- Strong track record of managing teams against sales targets and KPIs.n
- Fluent Hindi communication skills are required.n
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion and follow-up processes.n
- Highly performance-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.n
- Excellent coaching, team-management and communication skills.n
