About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive – Pharma | Outbound Calling based in India to support the business development activities of Bridge Health Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to healthcare organizations, medical professionals, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
The successful candidate must have a solid pharmaceutical (Pharma) industry background, be fluent in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu (English is essential), and have proven experience in a similar outbound calling or business development role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and engage potential clients for Bridge Health Services.
- Introduce and explain Bridge Health Services’ offerings to prospective customers.




- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through professional communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide regular reports on calling activities, lead status, and market feedback.
- Stay updated on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry to communicate effectively with potential clients.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound call center operations, telesales, lead generation, or business development.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical (Pharma) industry is mandatory.
