Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for Research Coordinator Interns who will oversee and coordinate a team of 20–25 research interns working on campaign-based storytelling projects. The role involves managing research workflows, tracking participant outreach, maintaining data accuracy, verifying stories, and ensuring smooth coordination between the research team and campaign stakeholders.

- Identify, connect, and build relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities to recruit and onboard a team of 20–25 research interns for campaign-based projects.n
- Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of 20–25 interns.n
- Track outreach progress and ensure research targets are achieved on time.n
- Review collected information and assist in verifying participant stories.n
- Maintain organized databases, trackers, and research documentation.n
- Follow up with researchers and participants to gather missing information.n
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all records.n




- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the leadership team.n
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, unverifiable information, or research challenges.n
- Collaborate with campaign, content, and operations teams to support project requirements.n
- Help maintain quality standards throughout the research process.n

nRequirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.n
- Robust communication and coordination skills.n
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.n
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and online research tools.n
- Attention to detail and ability to verify information accurately.n
- Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals and handling large volumes of data.n
