nA leading Asset Management Company (AMC) is looking for Freshers for – Fund Accounting & Reconciliation to manage end-to-end Fund Accounting, NAV Validation, Investor Transaction Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance for Mutual Fund schemes.
nThis is a high-impact role for professionals with robust expertise in Mutual Fund Operations, NAV Computation, Scheme Accounting, Cash & Position Reconciliation, and SEBI compliance.
nKey Responsibilities
nFund Accounting & NAV
n
- n
- Compute, review, and validate daily Net Asset Value (NAV) for Mutual Fund schemes.n
- Ensure accurate valuation of portfolios, income accruals, expense provisioning, and pricing in line with regulatory guidelines.n
- Coordinate with Fund Accountants for daily and year-end NAV processes and financial reporting.n

nReconciliation & Operations
n
- n
- Oversee cash, portfolio, bank, and investor transaction reconciliations across Mutual Fund schemes.n
- Validate subscriptions,



redemptions, dividend payouts, commissions, and expense accounting.n
- Investigate reconciliation breaks, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution.n
- Maintain complete reconciliation records and audit trails.n

nFinancial Reporting

- Review and verify scheme financial statements, expense ratios, balance sheets, and supporting schedules.n
- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of scheme assets and liabilities.n

nCompliance & Audit
n
- n
- Ensure strict adherence to SEBI Regulations, AMFI Guidelines, and Mutual Fund accounting standards.n
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, custodians, Registrars & Transfer Agents (RTA), banks, payment partners, and Fund Accountants.n
- Support annual audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance reviews.n
