nWe're looking for a qualified CA who can do much more than traditional executive support.
nWe need someone who understands banking strategy, branch business planning, financial performance, and corporate finance—and can work closely with the C-Suite to turn strategy into execution.
nThink of this role as part Strategic Advisor, part Finance Partner, and part Executive Office lead.
nWhat you'll do:

- Develop and execute banking and branch-level business plansn
- Drive branch growth strategies across deposits, advances, CASA, cross-sell, profitability, and customer acquisitionn
- Analyze branch/region performance and identify growth and efficiency opportunitiesn
- Build financial models, budgets, forecasts, and business scenariosn
- Work with banks and financial institutions on credit facilities, treasury, and fundingn
- Support the C-Suite on strategic, financial, and capital allocation decisionsn
- Translate leadership priorities into transparent execution plans and track outcomesn




- Prepare sharp, decision-ready MIS and presentations for senior leadershipn
- Step in on critical operational and financial issues and drive them to resolutionn

nWe're looking for someone who:

- Is a qualified CA with strong commercial and financial expertisen
- Has hands-on experience in banking business planning and branch banking strategyn
- Understands banking KPIs, branch profitability, liability/asset growth, and portfolio performancen
- Can confidently engage with bankers, senior executives, and business headsn
- Thinks strategically but is equally comfortable getting into the numbers and executionn
- Is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable operating close to the C-Suiten
