- Handle company-generated and self-generated leads.n
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.n
- Explain suitable insurance products and convert leads into sales.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.n
- Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.n
- Complete customer documentation and ensure smooth onboarding.n
- Generate referrals and explore new business opportunities.n




- Maintain regular coordination with the branch/team.n

nCandidate Profile

- n
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Banking, or Insurance.n
- Graduation is mandatory.n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.n
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.n
- Local market knowledge will be an advantage.n
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.n
