Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to support our content and digital marketing efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and learning how brands are built on social media â especially in the sustainability and AgriTech space.
What You Will Do
- Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and short-form content based on guidance and brand themes
- Help repurpose long-form content (blogs, videos, webinars) into social media formats
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity in AgriTech, sustainability, and startups
- Support basic performance tracking (reach, engagement, follower growth)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely posting
Requirements

Key Skills & Traits
- Strong written communication skills (English; Hindi is a plus)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats

- Willingness to learn tools, trends, and brand guidelines
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic design or video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a plus
This role begins as a 3-month unpaid internship, focused on learning, consistency, and performance.
