Responsibilities

- Analyse the assigned module and prepare a task list, assign easy tasks to juniors and take the challenging tasks by self.

- Coordinate with designers for UI/UX design

- Develop and review Sprint Acceptance criteria and Test cases with QA

- Responsible and answerable to seniors for delivery of work on a weekly basis.

- Develop and Unit test code as per sprint requirement

- Mentoring and support to junior developers, additionally perform monthly code review of junior developers

- Help TL with appraisal review on juniors.

- Provide rough estimates about module/tasks to senior developers

- Handle 1 or more projects with team of juniors

- Promptly reply to client and PM

- Implement project structure and class library in visual studio as per architecture

- Deployment to staging server

Requirements

Essential Skills

- Experience in development of web applications





- Must have strong hands-on experience in ASP.Net MVC with jQuery and Ajax

- Must have clear Concept of OOPS

- Must be able to write efficient SQL Stored Procedure

- Must be able to communicate with international clients

- Should have good English communication skill

- Valuable to have Experience of Microsoft Azure Deployment

- Should have a good understanding of Agile Methodologies

- Should pay good attention to details

- Quickbooks Project

- Must have knowledge of accounting
