- Design, develop, test and deploy automation workflows
- Collaborate with various SME s, technical & functional teams to assess, design, deploy and manage automation use-cases
- Perform Proof of Concepts to help the business to recognize the feasibility of an automated solution
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tool
- Works collaboratively with functional teams,
test/support teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix identified bugs with quality
- Reports status, issues and risks to project stakeholders on a regular basis
- Create process and end-user documentation with respect to project execution and bot deployment
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call as-needed
