nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive new business opportunities and expand our corporate client base. The ideal candidate should have a passion for events, strong networking skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.n
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, Marketing teams, Procurement, and decision-makers.n
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative and operations teams to develop compelling event concepts and proposals.n
- Prepare presentations, proposals, costing, and pitch documents.n
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.n




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.n
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.n
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums to generate leads.n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.n
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.n

nDesired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.n
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development within the Event Management, Experiential Marketing, MICE, or Advertising industry.n
- Proven track record of acquiring new corporate clients.n
