Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our resort property.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in resort/hotel operations, team management, guest satisfaction, cost control, vendor coordination, and overall property management.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the resort.n
- Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Maintenance and Activities.n
- Maintain high guest service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.n
- Monitor occupancy, revenue and overall operational performance.n
- Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.n
- Manage procurement, inventory and vendor coordination.n
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure timely availability of operational requirements.n
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline and productivity.n
- Lead and support department heads and operational teams.n
- Control operational expenses and minimize wastage.n
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to improve occupancy and revenue.n
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.n
nRequirements:

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration.n
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.n
- Prior experience in managing a resort/property is preferred.n
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations.n
- Positive leadership, communication and team-management skills.n
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.n
- Good understanding of budgeting, inventory and cost control.n
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.n
