nJob Description:
nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Property Management SME with solid functional expertise in commercial real estate and Oracle EBS-based property management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to implement and support end-to-end property management processes, including lease administration, tenant billing, revenue management, and integrations with Oracle EBS Financials.
nThe ideal candidate should possess deep domain knowledge in property management operations and hands-on experience implementing the Oracle EBS Property Manager module (or equivalent real estate management platforms) integrated with Oracle EBS Financials. In addition to implementation and support,
this role will contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Aspire iEstate property management product built on Oracle EBS.

- Lead business process workshops and gather requirements for Property Management.n
- Design and configure Oracle EBS Property Manager solutions covering: Property and Unit (Space) Management; Lease Administration (Commercial & Residential); Tenant Management; Lease Billing, Rent Schedules and Escalations; Service Charges and CAM Recoveries; Security Deposits; Lease Renewals, Amendments, and Terminations; Property Sales and Reservation Processes; Revenue Recognition; Broker Commission Management; Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) Management; Collections and Receivables.n
- Define integration requirements between Property Manager and Oracle EBS modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Projects (where applicable).n
