nAbout the role
nWe're looking for a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy social media manager to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be collaborating with designers and content creators to build engaging campaigns, grow communities, and tell impactful brand stories.
nWhat you'll do

- Develop & execute social media strategies that align with business goals.n
- Plan monthly content calendars in collaboration with design & content teams.n
- Manage daily posting, scheduling & monitoring across Instagram,



Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.n
- Conduct competitive analysis & prepare performance reports to refine strategies.n
- Stay updated on the latest trends, hashtags, and platform updates.n
- Handle community management (DMs, comments, influencer coordination).n
- Track results with analytics tools & report on ROI.n
- Execute social media campaigns (product launches, promotions, collaborations).n

nWhat we're looking for

- n
- Atleast 1 year of professional experience with social media.n
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).n
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, and analytics dashboards (preferred).n
- Bonus: Experience with beauty, skincare, or luxury brands.n
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.n
