nROLE
nCreate and manage detailed Revit BIM models, architectural drawings, and construction documentation for international projects in residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop Revit BIM models (LOD 100-300) from design through construction documentationn
- Create architectural drawings and construction documentsn
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with structural/MEP teamsn
- Convert 2D CAD to 3D BIM modelsn
- Ensure compliance with international building standardsn
- Collaborate with global teams across time zonesn
- Support senior architects on project deliverablesn

Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) - MANDATORYn
- 1-4 years of BIM modeling experiencen
- Strong Revit proficiency (Architecture module)n
