You will be working as Sales Specialist, reporting to Sales Manager - Product for Electrification business area, Smart Power division based in Faridabad, India. You will be responsible for the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectationsYour responsibilities

- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
- Developing a solid and trusted relationship with Panel Builders and Channel Partners
- Interacting with customer at regular intervals, understanding their needs and addressing problems / issues
- Acting as a trusted technical partner to the customer to generate customer satisfaction




- Coordinating in material delivery and after sales service to PB, promoting digitalization solutions and new product of ELSP & ELSB

Your background

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales
- Experience in direct Sales, account management and cross-selling
- Experience working as individual contributor with LV Switchgear in the NCR market
- Knowledge of Industrial Segment & SFDC operations
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
