Position Overview

Job Title: Senior Analyst/NCT, Group Wide Stress Testing

Location : Mumbai

Your key responsibilities

- Performing the end-to-end GWST reporting processes which includes data analysis and quality assurance on all stress tests performed with special focus on quality assurance of provided material from the GWST contributing stakeholders
- Producing regular Run-the-Bank (RtB) deliverables such as reports and status trackers
- Coordinating the completion and review of major RtB deliverables
- Contribution to the adoption of good governance standards across relevant projects and processes. This includes analysis and contribution to continuous enhancement of current stress test methodologies and processes.
- Acting as the central point of contact for GWST relevant stakeholders
- Supporting the management of global processes related to the production of GWST including planning, time tracking, coordination of meetings and agendas, compilation of provided material from the GWST contributing stakeholders
- Contributing to the execution and management of small projects/subprojects involving >5 stakeholders in the core team across one or more locations with sponsorship/visibility at Director level or above, including test case execution of ERM’s stress test aggregation platform

Your skills and experience

- University degree (Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent (FRM, etc) with quantitative focus
- Some years of relevant professional experience in the Financial Industry, preferably in risk management including risk models (at least an understanding would be advantageous)
- Data and information gathering/ sharing following a mix of pre-defined and bespoke steps
- Technical skills in SAS, Python or other similar platforms,



MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Quality assurance, interpretation and analysis of data received from the risk units
- Preparation of presentations and other deliverables to relevant stakeholders (e.g. Stress Testing Council, Enterprise Risk Committee)
- Workshop & meeting enabling, preparation of meeting minutes
- Regular report production following pre-defined steps including data collection, production of graphs and tables
- Writing of qualitative comments in reports
- Strong project & time management skills – ability to perform within tight deadlines and remain agile to evolving requirements.
- Strong relationship management and effective communication/presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, pro-active team-player with open and inquisitive mind-set
