Growth Marketing Manager

Experience: 5+ years (relevant).

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (India).

Educational Qualification: Bachelors’/Masters’ Degree.

Job Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing the growth plan.
- Identifying opportunities to implement and then innovating world-class campaigns




- Identifying and developing channel opportunities with technology partners
- Owning and executing performance marketing and affiliate marketing
- Reporting, recommending and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI
- Running AB / MVT experiments
- Identifying opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly
- Working closely with data, sales and product

Requirements

Desired Skills:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in social commerce, progressive performance marketing, site merchandising and ecommerce experience
- Possess proven track record of website sales and strong acumen for online business.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and/ or other digital marketing analytics tools.
- Strong belief and determination to solve complex problems.
- Strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing
- Highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of website analytical tools.
- Understanding of coding languages.
