Job descriptionAs a Product Manager at LoveLocal, you will :- Work on conceptualizing and executing new age applications for India's large retailer base- Build features that will be used by India's next one crore online shoppers- Leverage product driven thinking to work with Tech, Data Science, Design, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to solve critical business problems.- Work with the Product team in defining the product roadmap to align with business objectives and chart out the implementation strategy.- Get hands on experience across every vertical in the company fueling rapid career growthKey Roles and Responsibilities :- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification- Coordinate with the Product Lead and the tech team and develop various products according to requirements, perform research on various issues to provide expert knowledge on products- Perform research and develop appropriate plans,



analyze plans to gather all requirements, and provide effective solutions.- Provide support to the marketing team and monitor the development of all online tools.- Review and implement distribution channel strategies and ensure optimal utilization, coordinate with a manager to develop customer retention strategies.- Develop various marketing strategies for products and ensure achievement of all market objectives and generate maximum revenue.- Supervise efficient working of all phases of product development, prepare all promotional materials and manage all communication to promote a product effectively in the market.- Engage with end users (both retailers and shoppers) directly on call or in-person and continuously gather feedback on the productPreferred Qualifications :- 4+ Years of Experience working in a Product or Analytical role- Robust Communications Skills- Analytical thinking. Must have a data driven approach to solving problems- Interested in engaging with the customers and is a glutton for constructive feedback- Desire to work in a rapid-paced, highly dynamic environment with a massive learning curve (ref:hirist.com)
