Responsibilities:

- Supervise welding operations and ensure quality standards
- Physically verify welds and ensure compliance with specifications
- Guide and support welding technicians
- Enforce safety measures during operations
- Maintain welding activity records and prepare reports
- Collaborate with teams for smooth project execution
- Train and mentor welding staff
- Integrate advanced welding techniques to improve efficiency
- Ensure proper maintenance of welding tools and equipment
- Resolve welding-related issues effectively

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of welding experience, ideally in a foundry setting
- ITI / Fitter / Welder / Diploma equivalent or similar certification
- Robust practical knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols
- Leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot challenges
