Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the approved vendor database, including vendor documents, pricing, and service details.
- Support negotiations by collecting quotations, comparing prices, and coordinating with vendors for best commercial terms.
- Monitor vendor compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and agreed terms, and report deviations to the Vendor Manager.
- Coordinate with design, procurement,
and project teams to share vendor -related information during planning and execution stages.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine vendor communications and follow -ups.
- Track deliveries and service timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in resolving vendor -related issues by coordinating between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Collect performance data and support periodic vendor performance reviews and reporting.
- Communicate updates on specifications, scope changes, timelines, or pricing to vendors as instructed.
- Ensure proper documentation of agreements, approvals, and correspondence with vendors.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
