Role Summary

The QA Engineer ensures quality across the Salesforce delivery lifecycle and supports SIT / UAT for Revshare & Member Admin Phase 2. The role ramps closer to UAT while engaging earlier to shape acceptance criteria and test strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop test strategy, test plans, and test cases from acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Coordinate and support UAT with business users.
- Manage defects, retests, and quality reporting.
- Validate integrations and data flows relevant to the workstream.
- Support release readiness and sign-off criteria.

Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years QA experience including Salesforce testing.
- Agile testing and defect management.
- Functional and regression testing of Salesforce applications.
- API validation for integrations.
- Explicit defect documentation and communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Test automation experience.
- Healthcare or regulated-industry testing experience.
- Experience testing data migrations.

Preferred Certifications

- ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Salesforce Administrator a plus

14. Service Delivery Manager

Workstream / Allocation: Shared across both workstreams

Role Summary





The Service Delivery Manager provides operational leadership and delivery governance across both Salesforce workstreams. The role owns cadence, RAID, reporting, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication, and serves as a primary interface for Datavant on delivery health.

Key Responsibilities

- Own delivery governance: status, RAID log, escalations, and delivery gates.
- Coordinate resources and capacity across both workstreams and shared roles.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Interface with Datavant stakeholders on delivery health and change control.
- Track utilization and reporting.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, ramp, and quality standards are met across the team.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years delivery management including Salesforce programs.
- Experience with extension-of-team / staff-augmentation delivery models.
- Multi-team, multi-workstream delivery governance.
- Partner and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and executive-facing reporting.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Healthcare or regulated-industry delivery experience.
- Center of Excellence or platform-delivery governance experience.
- Experience inheriting and stabilizing in-flight delivery.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP or equivalent preferred
- Agile / Scrum certification preferred
