Ferma Agents Overview

Ferma Agents is ZoomRx's agentic market intelligence platform for the life sciences sector. It combines always-on intelligence streams, agentic data extraction, and automated workflows to compress the time from event to decision from days to minutes.

Position Overview

As an Associate on Ferma Agents, you will help build, maintain and refine our AI-powered intelligence platform. Your tasks will include:

- Apply specialized life sciences knowledge and AI coding tools to design, build, and iterate on agentic workflows end to end, ensuring accurate structuring of pharmaceutical insights from raw sources (press releases, earnings calls, conference presentations, regulatory filings).




- Build systematic evaluation frameworks for data pipelines and LLM workflows, defining test sets, ground truth, and error taxonomies to measure accuracy and catch regressions before they reach clients.
- Ensure high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail, clarity, and narrative.
- Stay current with AI and LLM advancements, applying new techniques to improve platform performance and capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure intelligence streams meet the needs of pharmaceutical clients and maximize impact on their workflows.

Qualifications

- Degree in a life sciences discipline
- Must have hands-on experience working with AI tools LLM interfaces, prompt design, or building and running agentic workflows
- Ability to build working prototypes and end-to-end workflows with AI coding tools, based on stated requirements
- Self-starter who adapts quickly to new technology and a rapid-evolving AI landscape
- Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
