Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end DC operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, product availability and timely order fulfilment.
- Manage manpower planning, shifts, productivity and team performance.
- Coordinate transport and logistics for timely store/customer deliveries.
- Ensure proper handling of fresh produce, including FIFO/FEFO and wastage control.
- Monitor DC KPIs, SLA, productivity, inventory and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Drive process improvement and cost optimization.

Job Requirements

- 10–21 years of experience in DC/Warehouse Management.
- Experience only from FMCG, Retail or E-commerce.
- Experience managing large-scale warehouses/DCs and multiple shifts.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, WMS/ERP, Inbound & Outbound Operations.
- Experience in team management, manpower planning and productivity improvement.
- Valuable understanding of fresh produce/FMCG operations and FIFO/FEFO.
