Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of analysts to provide credit ratings for large corporates, mid-corporates, and other debt issuers in the Indian market.
- Conduct thorough research on borrowers' financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions to make informed rating decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, banks, and other market participants to stay updated on their views on borrower credits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop current products such as structured finance transactions.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in credit analysis or related field (investment banking/venture capital/private equity).
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate sector dynamics including macroeconomic factors affecting businesses.
- Proven track record of providing accurate credit ratings for large corporates/mid-corporates/other debt issuers.
