We are a leading automotive manufacturing organization specializing in innovative seating systems and mechatronic solutions for global OEMs. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Buyer to drive sourcing and procurement activities for recent product development projects.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead procurement activities for new product launches and automotive programs.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing for automotive components including:
- Seat Motors
- Actuators
- Motor Components
- PCB/PCBA/ECU
- Electronic Components
- Precision Plastic Components / Metal / components

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets.
- Conduct RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and commercial evaluations.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through value engineering and supplier development.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams during product development.




- Support APQP activities and ensure supplier readiness for program milestones.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term sourcing arrangements.
- Monitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery, cost, and capacity.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic suppliers globally and locally.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, automotive standards, and customer requirements.
- Work On VAVE & VSM at Supplier End

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or related).
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Automotive Procurement, Costing, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Commodity Buying.
- Strong experience in supplier management and vendor development.
- Hands-on expertise in RFQ management, Costing analysis, and Pricing negotiation.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and automotive product development processes.
- Experience working with Tier-1 & 2 automotive suppliers or OEMs preferred.
