Key accountabilities
- Manage Whistleblower mechanism
- Interview and assess individuals for integrity related investigations
- Manage desktop & field investigations across different geographies
- Write and report investigation reports
- Develop and enhance Vigilance awareness
- Provide learning on process/product control based on investigations
- Liaise with Law enforcement authorities (Police, Court, RTO etc)
Desired skills
- 3-5 years experience in conducting investigations, field investigation preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in any degree
- Excellent communication skills is a must for the role
- Ability to interact in multi Language along with Englis(Mandatory) would be ideal candidate
