We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate should have solid experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and supporting software/product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement discussions.
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
- Support UAT, test case validation, defect clarification, and business sign-off.
- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new requirements.
- Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability.




- Prepare process diagrams and workflow documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and project leadership.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirement gathering and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Knowledge of UAT and defect management.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau
