- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for clients across various industries.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored services.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or related field.
- Solid understanding of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, etc.
- Ability to design engaging training materials and presentations using various formats (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
