- Design, implement, and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions using tools like CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM.
- Develop and enforce policies for asset tracking, inventory management, and disposal procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop custom reports for IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 by implementing effective IT asset management processes.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT Asset Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, ITSM, ITOM concepts and their application in an enterprise workplace.
- Experience with developing and enforcing IT asset policies and procedures.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing ITAM solutions.
