Role & responsibilities
- Developed and optimized manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Led manufacturing feasibility reviews and supported current product introductions from prototype development through mass production.
- Prepared and maintained Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, Control Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions.
- Implemented Lean Manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Conducted root cause analysis and implemented corrective and preventive actions for manufacturing and quality-related issues.
- Monitored manufacturing KPIs, including OEE, productivity, scrap, rejection rates, and process capability (Cp/Cpk).
- Analyzed production performance data and drove continuous improvement projects to enhance yield and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Collaborated with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Product Engineering teams to ensure process stability and product quality.
- Supported process validation, capacity planning, line balancing, and manufacturing readiness for new product launches.
- Improved process reliability and operational excellence through standardization, automation, and best-practice implementation.
