Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) / Medical Billing
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end denial management
- Experience in handling Workers Compensation claims
- Experience with Auto Accident claims
- Excellent understanding of Physician Billing
- Knowledge of Hospital Billing is an added advantage
- Strong experience in claim follow-up, denial resolution, and payment reconciliation
- Ability to analyze claim issues and take appropriate action for resolution
- Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on experience with US healthcare/medical billing
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims and payer processes
- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets
- Good verbal and written communication skills
