Job description

We are looking for a highly creative and fast-moving Senior Video Editor who can turn ideas into compelling visual stories. This role goes beyond basic editing. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, execute independently, and produce standout content that drives engagement and performance.

Role & responsibilities

- Edit high-performing video ads, social media reels, and long-form content for digital platforms.
- Develop creative visual concepts, storyboards, and edit structures for campaigns.
- Use AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana and similar platforms to produce innovative visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and content teams to translate ideas into powerful visual narratives.
- Bring robust brand thinking and storytelling ability into every edit.
- Maintain high speed and quality output while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experiment with new formats,



editing styles, and AI-driven workflows to create distinctive and modern content.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a creative agency or brand-focused environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand work, ad creatives, and performance content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Hands-on experience using AI creative tools for image and video generation, along with strong prompting ability.
- Excellent visual storytelling, pacing, and creative judgment.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and deliver quickly under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a figure-it-out” attitude.
