Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lotus Notes / HCL Domino Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications built on the HCL Domino (IBM Lotus Notes) platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LotusScript, Domino Designer, workflow development, application support, troubleshooting, and integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Lotus Notes/Domino applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and customize forms, views, agents, scripts, and workflows.
- Create and maintain LotusScript, Formula Language, Java, and JavaScript code within Domino applications.
- Perform application migration, upgrades, and modernization activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP web services for system integrations.
- Integrate Lotus Notes applications with databases, SharePoint, Active Directory, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Manage user access, security roles, and application permissions.
- Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support guides.
- Collaborate with business users, project teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions.

Technical Skills





- Strong experience in IBM Lotus Notes / HCL Domino Development.
- Expertise in LotusScript, Formula Language, and Domino Designer.
- Experience with Forms, Views, Agents, XPages, and Workflow development.
- Knowledge of Domino Administration and Domino Server architecture.
- Experience in developing and troubleshooting REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Knowledge of SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
- Experience with application deployment and release management.
- Understanding of security, authentication, and access control mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Domino Volt or Domino modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience integrating Domino applications with third-party systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) environments.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Lotus Notes/HCL Domino development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- Pharma, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domain experience.
- Experience with application migration from Lotus Notes to contemporary platforms.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
