This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhavaram for a Construction Project Head. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Responsibilities include developing project plans, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing procurement and resource allocation, and leading a team of professionals to complete projects successfully. The Construction Project Head will also liaise with stakeholders, resolve challenges, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to effectively allocate and monitor financial resources and expenditures
- Skills in Procurement to manage vendor relationships and oversee the acquisition of materials and equipment
- Expertise in Construction Management and Project Management to oversee and lead all stages of the construction process
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools is an advantage
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects is preferred
