- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction activities, including subcontractors and labor force, to ensure work adheres to blueprints and design specifications.
- Technical Planning & Layout: Perform site layout, surveying, and leveling using equipments to set out the site accurately.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with company quality standards, building codes, and legal regulations.
- Project Scheduling & Reporting: Monitor daily site activities, maintain site records, and provide regular reports to project management regarding progress, potential delays, and material requirements.
- Coordination & Liaison: Act as the key liaison between the developers project management team, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery and task execution.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe work setting for all personnel.
