Role & responsibilities

•Execute end-to-end global exit processes in coordination with HR, Payroll, Legal, and business stakeholders
• Manage PF and ESIC follow-ups and ensure statutory closures
• Draft and issue employee communications including disciplinary and separation-related letters
• Coordinate with legal teams and external counsel on employee-related cases
• Support India onboarding processes and documentation requirements
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance reviews
• Track case volumes, timelines, and SLA adherence
• Escalate risks, delays, or compliance gaps to leadership
• Respond to employee queries with professionalism and empathy
• Handle confidential employee information with strict discretion

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills and Qualification

• Experience in HR operations, exits, onboarding,



or employee relations roles
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and India statutory requirements
• Experience issuing formal employee communications and disciplinary documentation
• Robust coordination and stakeholder-management skills
• High attention to detail and compliance orientation
• Ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in shared services or HR operations centers
• Exposure to legal coordination or employee-relations case management
• Familiarity with HRIS or case-tracking systems
• Experience supporting global or multi-country processes
