Job Summary

Revolution Games Private Limited is looking for a Junior Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.

The candidate will assist with maintaining financial records, processing invoices and payments, bank reconciliation, expense tracking, statutory documentation and preparation of basic financial reports.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of accounting experience who are interested in developing their career in Accounts and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills and payment documentation.
- Track company expenses and maintain supporting vouchers and documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify banking transactions.
- Assist with petty cash management and reconciliation.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments when required.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Assist with employee reimbursement and expense claims.
- Support payroll-related accounting activities.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory documentation and filings.
- Maintain proper documentation for invoices, receipts, purchase bills and financial transactions.
- Assist senior management/accountants in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Support preparation of Profit & Loss statements and other basic management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and vendors when required.




- Ensure financial records are properly organised and maintained confidentially.
- Support general administrative and finance-related activities when required.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally / TallyPrime is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with good accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
